Inna Kisliakova is a dynamic and passionate project, program, and emergency management leader. With an Honours Bachelor of Disaster and Emergency Management degree from York University and a master's in engineering from The National Mineral Resources University, she combines technical expertise with strategic insight to tackle complex challenges effectively. 

 

Currently serving as a Senior Projects Coordinator at the Ministry of Natural Resources, Inna drives high-impact initiatives that align with provincial priorities and strategic objectives. Her ability to lead projects with precision and purpose reflects her commitment to making a tangible difference in her work. 

 

Her career has been shaped by her time at Emergency Management Ontario, where she held diverse roles—from leading the Response Unit to serving as Operations Section Chief during high-pressure incidents. She has been instrumental in designing training programs and exercises, improving emergency response plans, and building strong relationships across government, First Nations, and NGO stakeholders. 

 

What sets Inna apart is her boundless energy and enthusiasm for building resilient systems and teams. For her, leadership about putting people first ensuring they feel supported, even in the most challenging situations. 

 

 

When asked why she chose to align with CDRO, Inna shared: 

 

“ I am particularly proud of my ability to guide my team through challenges, fostering collaboration and trust while delivering meaningful results. CDRO has the same values at its core: success isn't just about achieving goals—it's about empowering others to do their best work and making a lasting impact.”
